What are you thankfull for?

Here is my list:

My wife and sons, my mom & dad and the whole family,
my great job
my beloved Broncos being 8-2 (9-2 after beating Cowboys tomorrrow)
all my friends (both on & offline)
to all the kids I have coached in little league that are still playing and love every minute of it
To the parents of those kids that let me be me and not interfer with my coaching. Also thank full for the very few parenst that actually come on field and help as well.

TO ALL THE MEN AND WOMEN SERVING OUR COUNTRY EITHER HOME OR AWAY!!!!!


That is my list as I can think of it right now.

I was just thinking earlier about how life changes & how broke I was when I was younger (like many others were when they were younger).

So, I thankful that I can sit in my house without feeling a breeze through drafty windows.

I'm thankful that my grocery list no longer consists of many boxes of macaroni & cheese (& I don't mean the good kind either).

I'm thankful that the holidays are fun now & not a reminder of how broke I am.

I'm thankful that when I go to Disney World & feel I didn't accomplish enough, I know there will be a next time.

I'm very thankful that I can now cross busy intersections without wondering if my old car will stall. Boy did I hate those days!

I am thankful for my Dh & kids (DUH!) I love them even when they misbehave.

I am thankful that I have a job I love (nurse).

I could go on & on & on...............

I'm thankful for husband/best friend/fellow Disney Lover.
I'm thankful for my 3 cats and 1 crazy dog.
I'm thankful that I live in this country and can enjoy my freedom.
I'm thankful, very similar to MagicalMom, that my financial situation has improved so that me and DH have a house and reliable cars.
I'm thankful that my boss has the uttermost confidence in me and lets me "do my thing."
I'm thankful that DH and I are going on the 7 day Western cruise in May!!
I'm thankful that I only have 3 assignments let in the worse class I have ever taken.
I'm thankful that I get up each day and can see clearly (it's because of lasik, but still!)

I'm thankful for...

-moving to Florida when I did, my kids got a year of holidays with my mom
-my inlaws moving down here in less than a month, so the kids can have a bond with them, too
-that we're moved into our house and won't move again (just wish we were unpacked!). I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to build it and get what we wanted.
-that my husband is back to work
-that the kids are healthy
-my stepdad and I have a closer relationship than I ever expected. I'm sure Mom is up there smiling at that!
-the fridge is full and the bills are paid
-that I'm back in contact with several family members that I'd lost touch with.
-that I joined classmates to reestablish contact with people and was successful. that I was able to thank the boss that is responsible for DH and I becoming good friends, and tell her that we've since married!
-that my health has improved since moving south
-that I won't be shoveling snow or raking leaves anytime soon!

I'm thankful my sisters are leaving town to go back home on Friday after breakfast!

I am thankful that my sister, who is very ill with breast cancer, is here with me to celebrate Thanksgiving.

I am thankful for the path God put me on to share my talents with my students.

I am thankful for my husband. ALthough he makes me crazy sometimes, loves and respects me each and every day.

I am thankful for my 3 healthy children whom I adore.

I am thankful so many other gifts. I had a friend once who was very aware of the little blessings in her life. Every time something happened that was nice, even the smallest thing, she would say " that's why there's Thanksgiving".

I think that is the best attitude ever! I am thankful for being thankful!

I am thankful for my family. How many people can have three generations of women in the same home and be happy!! I love them. I also have the best kid around!

I am thankful for my job. Working at the shelter has brought me a sense of satisfaction that I didn't think was possible.
