The smell of the cow poop from the farm up the road is wafting into my open windows this evening Mmm, mmm, mmm gotta love that "fresh country air!"

Strawberry pop tart. I just had a snack.
I only have to drive a few miles down the road to smell that lovely country smell. My cousins used to make their mother drive by the cow farms and manure piles with the windows rolled DOWN because they LIKED the smell of manure.

mmmmmmmm...........I'm smelling my favorite scent, Vanilla candle. Yummmmmmmmmm! I better make a run to the Yankee Candle store to get a Vanilla air freshener for my van. Then I can smell it all the way to Disney World!

When we get the wind out of the east we smell the local pig farm.....needless to say, I LOVE the west or south wind!!!

monarchsfan: Actually, I have always kind of "liked" the smell of cow manure too (we used to raise hogs here on our farm and THAT smell is much, MUCH worse, believe me!!!) but that was when we took drives and smelled it just for a few seconds as we were driving by a cattle farm. But, when you smell it all day long it can get to be a bit much.

Ah, Kitty, I am familiar with THAT smell!!!
It can be pretty powerful!!
My FIL used to give all the neighbors a big Farmer Peet ham at Christmas, just to thank them for "putting up with" the air quality at times during the summer months!!
