For those of you who are going to Disneyland soon or not-so-soon; what are you looking forward to eating/riding/seeing/etc... at Disneyland?

I can't wait to eat at the Blue Bayou for the first time...

We leave next Fri and DH and I have been to DL but not DCA. DD 16 has been to neither. We have been to WDW too many times to count - really - don't have a clue LOL

I am looking forward to her seeing how beautiful ITS A SMALL WORLD is compared to WDW even tho it is closed! Also the rides/attractions that aren't at WDW. Especially the original TIKI BIRDS - which she loves at WDW.

I think we will enjoy Billy Hill at the Horseshoe - and Mr. Lincoln on Main St.

Especially all the great restaurants the area has and seeing the DARK KNIGHT on the IMAX at the Garden Walk at Anaheim.

Will miss our DVC one bedroom, tho. That DVC spoils ya!

I am soooo looking forward to walking down Main Street again and smelling the smells coming from the Candy shop. I'm sooo looking forward to having a gooey carmel apple at the ice cream place that's by the day rental lockers. I am sooo looking forward to taking our friends to my favorite place in the whole world (they haven't been in 20 years!). I just can't wait to sit and watch people while eating a mickey bar. I can't wait for the fireworks (and this time I'm going to try not to cry!). I can't wait to see 50 Magical Years again, and window shop at the Emporium. Of course I can't wait to ride POC and sing all the way through, to ride Indy like it's my first time, and of course to have my breath taken away by riding both TOT and Screamin!

If I had my druthers, I'd spend every vacation at DL! Some things ya just can't explain...

not the plane trip, not the hotel, not downtown disney, not the music, not the smells??

My first look at the Castle I want to go hug it and say, it's been awhile Thank-you for being here every time, love you. Where is Tinker Bell?

We leave Aug. 15 and I am looking forward to our first visit to DLR. Been to WDW a few times but this will be a first. I am so anxious to ride Soarin. I have heard so many wonderful things about it. Also, and most important, looking forward to seeing the look of awe on my DD's face when she first spots Goofy, Mickey, and Cinderella. That makes it all worth the crowds!!!
C'mon clock, tick faster, geez!!!:rolleyes1

Looking forward to visiting the wildest bunch that ever sacked the high seas!
Being a guest of Master Graceys, for tea, at his mansion,and?........for I hear that he is single again.
Going on another expedition of the Matterhorn, while last attempting to do so, I lost a shoe, my backpack, and my second husband!
Seeing what Indy is up to again, that last time that I had been graced by his presence, he had been right in the middle of charming a most sinister snake charmer, while attempting to send Morse code, to his assistant, that visit, it was not so good, my timing, for I am afraid, that although, I most enjoyed my view, I had inadvertently proved to be a distraction for him, what can I say? he still has feelings for me, he he!
I happen to know that he made it out of that situation, although, just barely, which is another story, I am very much hoping that my next visit, is at least just a tad bit more sedate, for I cannot run as fast as he can.
The ELP, I just wish that is was still at DL.
Dining at the Blue Bayou, please pass the buns. ;)

My mom is coming out here next month, and she's going to go to DL with me, for her first time! She's been to WDW many years ago, but never DLR.

I can't wait to take her on the Matterhorn and show her everything that my son loves. She's a rollercoaster junkie but hasn't been on any in recent years, so I'll probably have her go on Space Mountain while DS and I ride Buzz over and over. ;) I wish he was big enough to go on with us!

I am looking forward to celebrating being cancer free and finished with treatments and eating a Mickey Mouse pancake at the River Belle Terrace.
