What are you getting DH for Christmas?

This may sound beyond strange, but if you want your hubby to melt into a little puddle of relaxed happiness, buy him a great massager.

We picked up a Medi Rub back/neck massager at a trade show. Below is the description off Amazon:

MediMassager MMB04 Variable Speed Body Massager by MediMassager.com

It alleviates pain, muscle knots and tension unbelievably well. Of course you would have to give him the massage (and hope he gives you one back).

This device helped me heal a long time lower back issue.

My BIL paid about $4,500 for his massage chair and loves it!

DH retired from military this year and now he is a long distance driver. So again we have to choose items that can travel well or keep at home for his breaks.
He is receiving Atari vintage look Plug & Play console ($40 at SamsClub), western belt buckle, cowboy hat & bath/shower stuff.

Agreed!

I commute 56 miles each way to work, so I'll definitely agree that long commute leads to back pain. :faint:

My DW graciously bought me a year's worth of 30 minute massage sessions at our local massage therapy school. Yep, every Friday I drive right from work to massage, and it is a great way to finish the work week pixiedust:

Remember, these are just students, so they are not yet fully trained, but it is well worth the discount.

By all means, do a google search on massage therapy schools in your area and find out their rates and availability!:cool1:
