Thankyou Natalie I've been looking for a more family friendly shift for a while, it will be lovely not to dash out of the door with DH at 3.25pm to meet DS from school and jump on a bus to get to work and actually have a meal together on a night before I go to work. It will be less stress for DH too his job has changed a bit lately, hopefully we can both find out how DS is doing with his school work.
