9:00 - guys are coming out to disconnect and blow out the underground sprinkler system.

Our security system people are coming out to fix our alarm system (so DH doesn't try to disconnect the alarm clock again when the house alarm is going off LOL).

A trader at my firm is coming out to buy my 94 Camero...good-by Cammy

Grocery shopping, laundry....they call weekends "rest time?"

We're going to Octoberfest in a town about 45 minutes away to shop for arts and crafts then we are coming home and doing more unpacking and hanging pictures...then probably going to Lowe's to buy a doggie door and some closet fixtures.

Sunday John is supposed to be cutting down the two pine trees in the front yard.....those pine needles are a mess!

Whew, you have one busy schedule!

What are "receptive skills"?

Receptive skills is reading what is being signed and taking it to English. Interpreting is not just going from English to Sign but you also have to go from Sign to English. And you have to be able to both interpret and transliterate.
Next semester is Deaf Studies and Educational Interpreting if our director allows me to take things out of order. I think she we since she isn't offereing my last ASL course next semester.

We are taking DD to the local farm (the last one in the area ) to buy pumpkins and go on pony rides. She is very excited! Then in the evening, we will go to the book store. Sunday, DH needs a new pair of shoes, so off to the mall which is ok since the Bears are on a bye week (and boy do they need it )
