What are you doing this weekend?

I plan to take it a little easy this weekend. Last weekend we threw our DS16 a surprise birthday party, so it will be nice to just relax this weekend.

DH and I may do some art shopping.

I have my big dinner date tonight at my place. Everything is done and all I have to do is cook the meal tonight.

Today it's homework time. I have two short assignments left between me and going home. Tonight they're showing a double feature of movies outside, and my friends and I had been planning on going to that, but my allergies are unbelievably bad right now, so I may have to skip that
Tomorrow I have training because I'll be a peer mentor for the honors program next year. At least 2 hours of it will be outside doing all those teambuilding things. Should be a blast with the allergies The other several hours of it will be actual training. Then it's back here to finish the assignments and spend that last little bit of quality time with my friends before I head home on Tuesday

Just hanging around with my boyfriend. Tonight he is going to make me some dinner. I'll probably watch the basketball game and then tomorrow we might go to the zoo. Unless it's too hot then we might just continue to hang around the house where it's cool.

i thought it was going to be a nice quiet weekend since my two younger kids are ( or were ) away on campouts, but I got the phone call every parent dreads...... " you need to come pick your son up because he has a head injury - he'll probably need stitches 4 hours in the ER later we're home. Ian, aka Dangerboy has added to his long list of injuries. This time it was just 5 stitches to his forehead- no internal injuries. He told me that it had been too long between ER visits for him so he was afraid the staff would forget him

DD had a soccer game today (they won 4-0, and DD scored a goal!! Yippee! ) and then we did some chores around the house.

Tomorrow DD has another soccer game, but it is supposed to rain here, so she might get rained out.

Senior Daughter's prom!! Went to a picnic with her friends and family.19 prom goers with parents. We did it potluck, the kids were in sweats and T shirts. After they ate they went downstairs to dress up. Sooo relaxing!!! She looked so beautiful. They went off to the Grand March and then to the Prom. She is dancing the night away at the "Red Carpet Rendevous" !!! Will hear about it in the morning. Big breakfast at another friends house and sleeping there!! Tomorrow will be window cleaning and garage cleaning in prep for a graduation party in 30 days!! Things are good!!
