What are you doing this rainy weekend?

Gary has to work, and I will be staying inside and getting the rest that I need. I will do a little house work, but not much. I will make dinner for us and just rest! We need the rain here real bad, as we are a farm area and our local farmers are happy we are getting the rain!

Today taking my daughter to her karate tournament in NJ...tomorrow she has a belt test at karate and we are going shopping for summer clothes for her...I was stupid and got rid of all her 4T clothes last year figuring she wouldn't possible fit into them again this year...but for the 3rd year she needs a 4 for her waist (5's are to big) so off I am going to buy yet another set of 4T clothes for my 6 1/2 year old!

My son has 3 days of hockey try-outs this weekend -- last night, this morning at 9:30, and tomorrow night. Aside from that I am doing some cleaning and some Disney trip planning for this summer!

Picking up my girlfriend from the airport in 2 hours and going to a Navy Alumni soccer game I think it's going to be called becuase of the weather. After that, girls hit Annapolis!

Just finished getting the back patio ready for summer and transferring all of the logs - scared a poor baby rabbit half to death! Now on to laundry.

Later, I'm probably going to see the movie Silent Hill with my dh and then out to dinner.

Tomorrow dh and I are swamped at work so we're both going into our respective jobs to play catch up.

Rain is all gone here...going to be HOT. We are gearing up to go to a neighborhood garage sale this morning. Have to drink my coffee first.

Monday is DH's and I's 7th anniversary!!!!! He is taking me to Kent Island, Maryland for some seafood. Then we will spend the night at the Hilton. While we are down there we are going to check out the area. We have a jetski and would like to see if there are any nice areas to launch it.

Eventhough it will be raining fairly heavy we have my DD soccer and lacrosse game. They play lacrosse no matter what,they only cancel for lightening. They really need to get over themselves! It's not that important for 10 yo's to play, it's not like they're making a million dollars. Other then that I'll be trying to stay dry and catch up on the wash.

We have been lucky enough to have missed the rain so far!

But that can be expected - they have been calling for heavy downpours since Thursday in our area and not a drop as of yet!

Last year it was hit and miss around here, I wonder if this year is going to be the same?

was going to a big outdoor store's sale but I passed and sent DD and DH. I think I'll hang around and clean and relax. We had so much rain yesterday and last night. Everything is green, green, green today!!

What to do on rainy weekends- I eat alot.
It's a good thing I don't live in England or Seattle, I'd weigh a ton

Our 8:00 am soft ball game was called for rain. I'm coaching Volley ball at 12:00. Have I told you what a challenge 6th grade girls are? My 5th graders are still normal.

1:20 softball pictures than we are going to dinner with 2 other families.

If it stops raining DH is putting up our "new shutters" Sunday. I bought them 2 years ago...are they still new?

It was pouring at 6 am and I thought no walking for today! Then it cleared up right at 9 when I was to meet my neighbor so we did.....

I was going to till the garden but its too wet. Now I am thinking of cooking stuff or maybe I'll just DIS!

It's not supposed to rain here until tonight, but I'm still treating this weekend like a rainy one. I'm exhausted, and don't feel well thanks to allergies (and the impending rain that gives me a headache ) so I'll be spending my weekend napping and watching movies. After the last few weeks of nonstop school work I'm glad to have a break; I actually have no work to do until Tuesday or Wednesday, and it feels awesome
