This is our 1st time visiting since the fantasy land expansion finished (last trip was 2011) so all of that will be new for us including dinner reservations at BOG.
We're doing the wishes desert party on my son's birthday.
Flying and using a rental car (we prefer to drive and have in the past).
January! we've been in September both years prior.
Hoping to try a few new counter service places.
And our baby is a little boy now, so it will be a completely new experience with him
I'm gonna surprise my wife with a Wild Africa Trek tour this trip. She loves animals and Animal Kingdom is always a must visit on any of our trips. She doesn't even know this tour exists so it should be a great surprise for her.
We'll try some new restaurants this trip as well. I might also try to throw in a Keys to the Kingdom tour as well but I'll wait til we're there to see how things are going first.
First off, weighing in on Via Napoli, I love it; go there every year. But as a PP said, you will find pro and con opinions on every restaurant, so if there's something (anything) you want to try, go for it.
Now, new things for the next trip!
My first visit during Epcot Flower & Garden
First time having dinner at Narcoossee's and BOG (have had lunch at BOG)
7DMT, of course. Also, Frozen Sing-Along
And I just might, might talk myself into finally trying Everest.

Celebrating my birthday at WDW!!
For the first time in 2015, our vacation will not include Disney.
But in September when we went......first time at CSR, first time at BOG, first time using FP+, and first time we weren't sad when we left or looking forward to our next trip......which takes me back to my original statement.
* Booking a trip fewer than 90 days in advance
* Dinner at Raglan Road
* Possibly bowling at Splitsville
* Lunch at Tusker House
* Dinner at Trattoria al Forno
* Attending Cirque du Soleil
* Being there on my birthday (I've left Disney the day BEFORE my birthday, and I've arrived at Disney the day AFTER my birthday, so we're finally hitting the nail on the birthday head by being there ON my birthday! )
We're doing Trattoria al Forno and Cirque ON my birthday... very excited about that night.
