I was wondering if there are people who are celebrating something special on their trip.

Hee Hee, I will be finished with all my classes come May but will still be doing my student teaching in Sept-Dec.....but I feel like "celebrating" the end of my college career.

I am curious to see what would happen if I typed something in that little box when asked on the website......hmmmm.

We're celebrating our DD's 7th birthday and my completing my master's degree. I've already entered both on the website. We'll see if anything happens. =-)

My youngest son will actually be turning 2 during our stay. In addition to this we will be going with my parents who will be celebrating their 60th birthdays. Oldest son will almost be done with kindergarten and hubby and I celebrating our upcoming 8th anniversary (we did our honeymoon at Disney).

I am celebrating the childhood of my two children, ages 4 and 7. They are at the age where Disney World will be magical. They are straddling that fence between their vivid imaginations and reality. They still believe in magic. I still remember at age 5 holding my father's hand as we approached Cinderella's castle. The castle was everything I had imagined in all the fairy tales. I believed that Cinderella was really somehow there. I have never forgotten that moment and I cannot wait to share it with my kids.

We really had no intentions on going when we are going but because of the great deal they have, we will be going for my middle child's 5th birthday. :) Also, it's our first family vacation and it's a much needed vacation. :D

I became a foster parent in August. Our baby boy will be a little over a year old when we go in August. We are planning on celebrating his birthday with Pooh and friends at Crystal Palace for breakfast one morning. Pretty much, we will be celebrating being a family!

10 years of marriage..... WE are acutally going a month ahead of it, but still celebrating the fact we made it to 10 years!!!:woohoo:

We have only 1 trip planned thus far this year, but might turn into 2.

For our December trip we are celebrating DS's 6th birthday. His birthday is the week before Christmas and we're going the 1st week of Dec.

I'd like to go for my anniversary in May. We'll see if I can talk DH into it.

We are celebrating a few things...this year marks 25 years that DH and I have been together:lovestruc (married for 20) so that is worth celebrating! We are also celebrating DD's successful first year of college. She made the Dean's List with a 4.0 first semester and is on track to repeat that this semester! :cool1: Since our trip overlaps Mother's Day we will also be celebrating that. I can't wait!

Our 20th anniversary.

Our son's graduation from elementary school.

But mostly, hopefully, the end to a year of medical issues-- a mastectomy, radiation, and 2 more surgeries to go.

This upcoming trip is just my oldest dd and I. She turns 12 in August so that is what we are celebrating. I told all my kids when they turn 12 they get a Mom and Me trip to Disney! DH loved that one! :lmao:

I guess we're celebrating the last all girls trip, the last trip for DD as an only child, and my DS to come in May (all with grandma and not the husband, LOL!)

But mostly, hopefully, the end to a year of medical issues-- a mastectomy, radiation, and 2 more surgeries to go.

This is the best reason to celebrate of all. Sending fairy dust your way!:wizard:

We'll be at WDW for our 6 year anniversary. :lovestruc: We will also be there for my FIL's 72nd birthday. They are only a day apart. It will also be both by boys first time to WDW. And my youngest son will be turning 2 just before we leave. In addition, my parents have never been to WDW and we are taking them, so it will be their first trip too. They never could afford to take my brothers, sister and me when we were kids so I thought it would be great for them to experience it with their grandkids.

We are celebrating DD's first trip and 2 year anniversary of her adoption.
