What Are You Actually Paying for Room-Only In Oct?

My nephew and his family are joining us Oct 10 to 19, we're at BW, they have yet to make a ressie. It's been years since I booked a WDW resort myself and I'd appreciate help in my efforts to help him. I assume there are still codes for the general public, room only, true? Has anyone booked a WDW for this time frame, with or without a code, Value to Deluxe? I suspect they'll be interested in a Value or Mod, do these have a 'fridge? Any $$ amounts you can give us will be a great help in narrowing down the choices.

All rooms have a small dorm size fridge now.

No fall promotions announced yet. The recent GP room discount is for stays through 8/14/13. Stay tuned for late summer promotions but they might not include October dates. Seems the promos this year are not running as far in advance as before.

If they have a discount, in the past it has been either free dining (qsdp for values and ddp for mods and deluxe) or 5-30% off rooms. Wide range I know but it seems like there was 20-25% off values and 25-30% mods and deluxe. This is off rack rate room prices. I think that the annual pass holder rates were a tad bit better but I am not 100% on that.
These are standard rooms with estimated average prices for this season....
Disney All Star music $1104.01 rack rate, $883.21 with 20% off
POFQ $1883.23 rack rate, $1328.26 with 30% off
