What are those lights?

I just returned from a wonderful 5 day vacation last week but noticed something I had never seen before and I am hoping someone out there can help me. My wife and I were leaving EPCOT and we were just to the side of the Rose and Crown when looking across the lake I could see what apperared to be a large structure, covered in mist with both red flashing lights at the top and three white lights at various levels in the distance. This sighting came at night so I am describing what we could see with no natural light. The building seemed to be very large and to position it better, when looking across the lake, it appeared that it could be some distance off in the east. My wife said it looked like it could be a large hi rise hotel but you would have thought there would have been more lights than just the three white lights. Has anyone else seen this apparation?
Thanks for the replies so far. Maybe I should be a little more specific. I would need someone during the day to look across the pond from the England Pavillion looking to the north and beyond of the Mexican Paviliion. That way you should be able to see if there are any large buildings in that general direction. I have already looked at Google Maps and there are no buildings that would fit what I saw.

I don't know anything about Orlando geography so feel free to laugh if I'm way off. The Orlando Eye perhaps???

Probably either the Four Seasons hotel or (I think) the Marriott around I4 to the East, it's a pretty tall building.

Not sure of the specific structure, but if it had the red and white lights and was very tall, the lights probably indicate the structure is 200+ feet tall. Buildings 200+ have to have airplane warning lights. It is why most of the structures at WDW are 199 feet or less.

So, if you pull up a map to pinpoint the line of sight, you can see if you can find a place that would have a structure that was 200+ feet.

Close to due east from that location would be looking towards Disney Springs. I suspect maybe Buena Vista Palace, which is a relatively tall building over in that general direction.

Was just there last week as well... could it possibly have been the construction cranes over by POP and CBR, where the new sky-way is being built?
