Yippee for me!
Friday is my new official weigh in day, but Monday is my "gauge how the weekend went" weigh in day. I was .5 pound away from the 15 pound clippie on Friday, so I REALLY had to sneak a weigh in today!
Woo-hoo!!!! I am so happy to finally leave my 10 pound clippie behind and recycle the 15 pound clippie that Tiggerlover got rid of a few weeks ago.
For those of you experiencing a slow loss, don't let it put a damper on your enthusiasm or determination. Continue along with your program, add some exercise to your schedule or increase the exercise you are doing just a little bit. Keep drinking that water and eating healthy. I'm trying to enjoy the journey rather than rushing to "get there."
