What are the seasonal closures at WDW

We are planning to go to WDW Feb. 2007. I have heard that there are some places that are closed at that time...like the backyard BBQ. I dont want any surprizes when we get down there. If you have any helpful info please post.

Cant wait to go! :cool1:
