I want to stay at the Boardwalk Villas in October but I own at Wilderness Lodge... does anyone think it is possible to get a reservation at the Boardwalk Villas 7 months out during that time period? I know it's a busy time there....

Your best bet would be to make a ressie at VWL at the 11-month window, then try to switch it to BWL at the 7-month window. You could waitlist if it isn't available. That far out, your chances would be pretty good, I would think.

Just a couple of weeks ago, I wanted to add on a couple of nights for our trip that just ended last Friday. There was availablility at BWV, BCV and SSR, and that was only about a month out.

IMHO, you have more than a little hope. Call day by day as soon as the 7 month window opens, and waitlist for the days that aren't available on the first call. I think you will get it.

You might also consider trading reservations with a BWV owner. Probably wouldn't be too hard to find one who wants to stay at VWL in early December and would benefit from your 11 month advantage there.
