What are the names and locations of the WDW lakes?

What are the names of the bodies of water around WDW? I keep reading posts about Bay Lake or Cresent Lake, etc, but I have no idea where they are located. I'd really appreciate it if someone can please give the name of the lakes along with the location.

The only lake(lagoon) I know is The Seven Seas Lagoon which is by the GF, CR and Poly!!

I think, Bay Lake is on the Contemporary/Wilderness Lodge/Fort Wilderness if I remember the resort monorail loop that we have on one of our CD's and I think Crescent Lake is over at the Boardwalk/Yacht & Beach Club.

Crescent Lake lies between the Boardwalk Inn and the Yacht and Beach Clubs.

Friendship Lake is surrounded by World Showcase.

The Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Contemporary, and Magic Kingdom are all on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon.

The Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness are on the shores of Bay Lake.

The Sassagoula River connects Port Orleans Riverside, and Port Orleans French Quarter to Downtown Disney.

Thos are the only named bodies of water that I can think of.

There is also Lake Hollywood, the body of water in front of Disney-MGM Studios, Barefoot Bay at the Caribbean Beach, Lago Dorado at Coronado Springs, Hourglass Lake at Pop Century, and don't forget Lake Buena Vista at Downtown Disney.

There's Echo Lake which is in MGM across from Indiana Jones.

And don't forget the Rivers of America, 'flowing' around Tom Sawyer Island.
