We are getting the chance to go to WDW without any kids. What are the best things to see/do/eat?

Magic Kingdom:
Rope drop
Laugh Floor
Buzz Lightyear as many times as possible
Keys to the Kingdom (behind the scenes tour)

EPCOT
Soarin' as many times as possible - once just to watch the mechanics of it
Turtle Talk with Crush
The Pick a Pearl counter in "Japan"
Cheese platter and bagette with a glass of wine from "France"

Animal Kingdom
Festival of the Lion King (my favorite WDW show)
Kilimajaro Safari
It's a Bug's Life (I wish they would update the show but I still like it)
Behind the scenes tour - you get to visit the animal barn area that you pass on the train to Rafiki's Planet Watch
I LOVE to watch the gorillas.

Hollywood Studios
Toy Story Mania
Sci Fi Drive in Theater
50's Primetime Diner

Definitely do all the shows if you can (there is always a list of times just thru the front gate). I took my parents who had not been since the early 90s and they were amazed at all the shows and how good they were. Dad said when leaving that he liked the shows best (and we thought he wouldnt!). They had much more fun than they did when we were kids and they had to worry about us getting lost or getting sick, etc. Its so fun going as/with adults!!

Animal Kingdom:
Festival of the Lion King show (amazingly wonderful!)
Finding Nemo: the Musical (ditto!)
Kilimanjaro Safari (it was lightly raining and kind of chilly when we went but we still saw tons of animals)
Tusker House for lunch was great (buffet)

Hollywood Studios:
Beauty and the Beast stage show
Little Mermaid show
The Great Movie Ride
Lights, Motors, Action (not my favorite, but my dad loved it!)
50s Prime Time Cafe (just for the atmosphere! very neat place!)
Backlot Tour
Indiana Jones
Osbourne Lights if during the holidays

Epcot:
Soarin'
Living with the Land
Spaceship Earth
Finding Nemo ride to the aquarium as well as the aquarium itself (if you like dolphins they do feedings and interact with them, I think its like 2:30 OR 3:30 not sure, they have a sign up though)
Coral Reef Restaurant (the wall in front of you is the aquarium!)
Walk thru World Showcase and do all the short movies, etc. Very neat!
Illuminations (just, wow!)
Mission Space
Test Track

Magic Kingdom:
Pirates of the Carribean
Haunted Mansion
Mickey's Philarmagic
Spectro Magic and Wishes
Crystal Palace lunch
Train ride (I never usually do this but my dad wanted to ride the train and he really thought it was neat)

Also ,if you have time, take the monorail and check out the resorts on it as well as take the boat to see the Wilderness Lodge. We would never pay the price to stay at a deluxe but its nice to go there and sit in the huge lobbies and enjoy it for a little while.

Also, dont forget downtown disney. And Wolfgang Puck Express (wish we could have eaten there more than once it was sooo very good! if there is a line, dont let it fool you as they usually have alot of cashiers and can move thru the ppl very fast)

Since you don't mention the age(s) of your child(ren), I will make the assumption of fairly young children. . .

Okay, I must admit that being from California I struggle with this park. . .so. . .

Leisurely lunch at Tony's Town Square. . .(I hate buffets and love being waited on). . .

Carousel of Progress (Only because this is the ONLY place you can still see the original).

How about a park tour that's only available to those over the age of your kids (most are 16 plus)?

I would definitely book a tour. When I was there in October I did the Mickey's Magical Milestones Tour at MK and it was just wonderful! It was a small group of 6 and ONLY ADULTS were on it. It was awesome! Next time I definitely want to book the Keys to the Kingdom one.

I've always enjoyed eating at the Chef De' France and Tepan Edo in epcot! Test track is a fun at epcot too! At DHS~ Toy Mania for sure, Muppet 3D, Sci Fi Dine In to eat! At AK~ Kilimanjaro Safari is a must! It's Tough to be a Bug is fun, and Finding Nemo the Musical is great! At MK~ Pirates of the Caribbean, Mickey's Philharmagic and Splash Mountain! A spot I like to eat at in MK is Liberty Tree Tavern! There are so many fun things to do at WDW!~ These are just a few things I like to do and see! Everyone has Their favorites! Enjoy!!!!
