Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

Thought you all might be interested in this. She also says again that they are letting atrium club guests in tower club. Not sure how accurate this is?

That was the same YouTuber discussed a few weeks ago I think, right? I (regrettably) watched the CR one where that claim was made. Seemed to me like some perhaps questionable info/misunderstanding with how CR’s CLs work/guest recovery going on there, in my humble opinion.

I also don’t agree with the rankings based on my own personal experience. Loved poly- had great cast member interactions, loved the food, and the lounge was beautiful. Her #1 BWI I also do not personally agree with. The CMs were great but I thought the food was average and I had trouble getting a seat multiple times during a slower time of year (August). I guess it goes to show it’s all subjective

Yes same one!
It looks like her recent CR (both clubs) visits were in March. I'm guessing the Tower Lounge - which is quite small - was overwhelmed during spring break. I can imagine if every room on the 14th is filled, including pullouts on the suites/multiple kiddos, it could get packed. I have also stayed there (as well as other CLs) either solo or with my husband and had non-CL family members listed as secondary guests on my room, which I have been assured is fine - I never use my full room capacity, and tbh I am usually the only one sleeping in the CL room unless I convince DH to do to Disney with me. (@Angehd2 I also don't agree with her lineup - the BWI is wonderful primarily b/c of the CMs, in my opinion, although I have encountered some standoffish CMs occasionally at BWI and have also quite often encountered amazing CMs in other clubs. Like you, I prefer the food elsewhere. I suppose there's just something for everyone!)

I like BWI and happily stay there! But, I agree, the food is mundane. Nothing is a real stand out, but it's all
fresh and good. And you can't just waltz in to BWI and expect to get a seat -- it's a small seating area.
Staying there involves some CL strategizing which I'm not always in the mood to do.

Another CL question specific to BC & YC: Do the 2 BR CL Suites at each of these hotels have 2 bathrooms? I was offered a discounted 2BR suite for our spring dates but didn’t book it because I needed to check with our traveling companions (they’ve got a deluxe studio booked for the same dates). We all could save $$$ by splitting the cost if the offered 2 BR, but one bathroom would be a deal breaker.
Thanks for any info.

We were pixie dusted to a 2BR Suite in August. It was just DH and I- there were 3 full bathrooms!

First the regular 2Br Suites at BC & YC are not on the Club floor. Yes they have 2 bathrooms. The only 2 BR Suite on the CL Floor at YC is the Presidential Suite.

The (5) 2 BR Suites with CL access at the BC are on floors 1-4. The (2) regular 2 BR Suites with CL access at the YC are on floors 3, and 4. The (3) 2 BR Turret Suites with CL access at the YC are on floors 1-3.

Bedding varies from (1) King BR, (1) 2 Queens in BR 2, and in the 2 BR Turret Suites that have 4 Queens.

It's silly - I have a special "solo Disney fund", but I am always competing with myself to see if I can save enough day-to-day to go to Disney without pulling money out of "the fund", and I've been shockingly successful this year by being uber-cheap in other areas of my life. This time, I had to pull a little out, so I "lost," even though that's literally the reason the fund exists.
oh my gosh, I love this! I find this very inspirational 2vets! Right now I am saving for Tokyo Disney this summer (Christmas surprise 🫢 for my family, even dh doesn't know). But once that is sone, I am going to try your method!

I have a one night AKL club level I am doing next week, before downgrading to regular AKL. But I am going to squeeze 2 full days of eating out of it. :)

Thanks for the clarification about the locations. As long as each has 2 bathrooms, they’d work for us.

That’s what I’d totally do. I love to splurge! But I can’t splurge on everything, so I ranked things. My priority is travel, both for DH and I and for me as a solo traveler (usually WDW).

I believe the Commodore suite (2BR VP Suite) is also on the 5th floor, 5207.
Room 4209 is listed as a "regular 2BR".
Yes you are correct the Commodore VP Suite is 5207 (that odd room number) 4209 is right below it on the 4th floor.
