What are the "letter" exchanges?

I keep seeing "P" Exchange and other letters. Can someone tell me what this is, or is it all top secret

It is an *alphabet* exchange........we started with *A*, and then every other week, we have sign-up's running for the next letter. There is a $5 limit, and you exchange items that pertain to that particular letter! It is lots of fun.........you should join us!!
