What are the hot spots for ADRs this fall..

Ok, I am about a month out from our ADR date and I am floundering as to where I want to book. We are on our 6th free dining trip and I am just not into picking everything out yet. The past coulple of trips we have done LC and Ohana but both those are out this year so it leaves me wondering...What are everyone else's "must have" adrs these days

This Nov. I am planning on booking- LeCellier for lunch
Tutto for lunch
Luau
Fly Fishing Cafe(trying new)
TuskerHouse breakfast
Yachtsmen
Boma for dinner

This September, we're going back to Boma (dinner), Chef Mickey's (breakfast), CRT (lunch or dinner), Coral Reef (lunch), 'Ohana (dinner), Sci-Fi (lunch or dinner), & Whispering Canyon Cafe (lunch or dinner).

We're trying, for the 1st time, Brown Derby (lunch or dinner), Cape May Clam Bake (dinner), Crystal Palace (breakfast) Grand Floridian (breakfast), the Plaza (lunch), Raglan Road (dinner), Tutto Italia (dinner), & Yak and Yeti (lunch).

I'd love to fit it in a return trip to California Grill or a 1st trip to Narcoosee's, but I can't find a place for either!

We've been several times to Crystal Palace for lunch, but I think we're going to try it for breakfast this year.

Teppon Edo lunch..this was a new one for us last time & we loved it!
Coral Reef...lunch, my DH favorite.
LeCellier.....lunch, my favorite.
Yak & Yeki... lunch....another we tried last time & wow! awesome!
Yachtmann's for supper
Narcoosee's for supper

New ones we are trying...

lunch...Tony's Town Sq.
lunch...maybe Sci Fic...otherwise repeat Br. Derby.
supper...Flying Fish
supper...Artist's Point
supper...ho-de...dinner show

At this moment I'm thinking about leaving out favorites like CP & Ohana & Tusker House breakfast so to try some new places.
