What are the current incentives?

I know when we were at WL earlier this month there were fliers all around noting the $500 gift card and my guide told me about the developer points if buying at AKV and the $8 per point discount is there anything else? Also When I was first contacted buy my guide in early May I was told the developer points could only be used at SSR but I've been reading many posts lately stating that they can now be used anywhere, is this true? Thanks in advance we're trying to decide whether or not to jump on the current incentives or wait for the Contemporary to be announced.
