I have booked my air through US Airways and so far they have changed the times twice (only by a few minutes). I am worried about my return flight as there is a flight at 6:15 which isn't full and then the one I booked at 7:50 which isn't full. What are the chances of them cancelling one of the flights and which one do you think they will cancel. We are going in Sept.

The chances of US Air canceling one or both of those flights is probably less than 1%. First, those planes need to fly in order to be in position for their next flight. Second, September is still a long way away and many people have yet to book their flights for then.

Airlines almost never cancel flights because they aren't fully booked unless they are almost completely empty..
