our 2 brdm at the BWV will be ready early (like 1 p.m.) on a Sunday in mid January? Hoping not to have to wait til 4 pm - it really makes me feel like we can't get the vacation started til we've got the room....

I checked into BWV in October, our room was not ready until 4:00pm. I don't think I ever got into a BWV room before 3:00pm.

I had good luck in December. I checked in at 12:30 and my 1 BR was available.
