What are the chances ...

that we could book the 3 day cruise for May 23rd. I didn't know if any of you have booked a cruise only 2.5 months out before. Plus this will be over part of Memorial Day weekend. Do they only have a certain number of rooms that you can book with points? We want to pay points for me and cash for my husband. We were going to go to Vero those three nights but they didn't have any 1-bedrooms available. So my husband said since it is our 20th anniversary maybe we should go on the cruise instead. Yippee!!! Now I just have to call tomorrow and find out if there is anything left. We would like to have a verandah, so I guess we are looking for a catagory 5 or 6. Do I have any real chance this late in the game?

Well I actually got the answer about availability on the discussion board for the DCL. Someone there had a site that you can access that shows available cabins on a number of cruise ships. The site included the Magic and Wonder. Pretty handy! All I really need to know is whether there are only a limited number of cabins with points. I am assuming not since you can pay part in points and part in cash. Well I guess that I am set since there where a number of catagory 6s still available.
