What are the chances the rehab for TL will change?

According to December hours TL will be open every day of our Dec.1-7 trip. This news made my DD very happy because she loves the giant wave pool. I was just wondering if there's any chance they'll move the rehab up if the finish the BB rehab early? Right now the TL rehab isn't scheduled to begin until 12/12. I'm starting to wish I hadn't told her.TIA

Very unlikely. They have already publicly posted the rehab dates, and people have planned their vacations around that. I'm sure they will not want to compensate thousands of guests just to get a head start on another rehab project.

I doubt that Disney would have to "compensate thousands of guests" simply because Blizzard Beach was open instead of Typhoon Lagoon. Granted, some people prefer one to the other and may choose to come when TL is open instead of BB, but I guess I just don't see someone scheduling an entire vacation around a water park.

That said ... it's unlikely that the rehab schedule will change. The rehabs on the water parks are done annually, and Disney has a pretty good idea of exactly how long it will take to do the work they need to do.
