What are the chances of being in same BWV grand villa (3bdrm) when you made 3 different reservations due to 2memberships ( direct&resale) 7day stay?

I have nine people and looking to stay in same room throughout stay.
Email or chat with MS through the member website, give them all the confirmation numbers, and ask them to mark the reservations as a “continuing stay.” When you arrive for the first one, visit the front desk (in person, don’t call) and ask whether that notation is on all the reservations, because if not, it’s easier to fix it then. They want to keep you in the same villa just as much as you want to stay in the same villa - saves on housekeeping costs.

Last year we had two back-to-back VGC reservations, and MS was able to combine them into one single reservation with one confirmation number. Both of these reservations were booked using the same DVC account, so I’m not sure if that makes a difference.

If it’s the same account, then can be merged into one. Different memberships can not. But you can have it noted, and the resort does its best to keep you in the same room. We have never had to change.

Agree with the advice to call and ask the reservations to be noted as continuing or as a continuation of the previous one. You will want to note on all of the reservations. I did that for a trip in 2021 that was booked over 2 memberships. I had it well noted and then did stop at the front desk to make sure it was all in the system. And as a result, I was able to stay in the same room the whole time. Did the same for a VGC reservation and again, no issues staying in the same room.

I have done a BWV GV 6 times using two separate, but successive, reservations from two memberships/use years and have never changed rooms. I request MS to "link" the reservations (means same thing as requesting "continuous stay" mentioned above). The only other step I take, which is probably unneccesary, is to actually go to the front desk when we arrive to make sure it is aware that there are related reservations and that it will not need us to change rooms.

Just note that, though I reserve at 11-months out, I do not ask MS to link the reservations until some time past the 7-month window when it becomes certain that we will keep the reservation and that the listed occupants will not change. That is because once reservations are linked, you cannot modify them on-line to do such things as change any of the guests listed, but instead must call MS which needs to first "unlink" the reservations to do any changes.

I had three reservations for a seven day stay at BW GV. One thing to note is that this impacts dining reservations.
