What are the chances of a repeat of the FTP next summer?

I really wish we could have taken advantage of the FTP this year, but we just couldn't. Do you think they will repeat that or something similar next year?

FTP was the FairyTale Package that Disney offered at their resorts this year.

Since there is no history on this package, it's practically impossible to know whether or not it will be around next summer. We can always hope, can't we?

I think it will partly depend on how the economy is doing. FTP sure brought people to Disney. We went in July and it was much more crowded than previous summers. Disney got alot of response so if they need to fill rooms, they may repeat it.

I certainly hope they do it again but I am not planning on it. I suppose I will have to cancel my ressies and adjust like many people did this summer if they offer this again.

Not really an issue for us anymore - we just bought into the DVC - Saratoga Springs Resort, here we come!

I guess that, since it helped bring so many people to WDW, I hope they do it again (but also offer something for the AP crowd....)

We have been going in August the last 3 or 4 summers. The summer before we went first week of June. Well that June was a NIGHTMARE> it was as crowded as Xmas.. We ll this summer we did not do FTP cause we wernt sure if we were def. going. i planned every thing sep. Inc Amtrak from Dedham,MA., 9 nts at Movies. I thought this summer was the WORST. It was JAM JAM JAM packed at all times. Last summer was much better, even with short lines. Also we had The WORST rain and storms , we have lucked out every other visit. So all in all we had a really good time, even with the RAINS and STORMS, but if FTP goes on next summer i would skip it and go else where. We didnt even get on Peter PAn , it was always over 60 min. and one time we didnt move for over 20 min. I love this ride. lol. But as much as I , more than my family, love Disney , I would not go back again with FTP
