Just back from our trip 3/24-4/1. We stayed at AKL because we got a fairly good rate through DC for a savannah view room. I was wondering what are the best rates anybody has gotten for either the Poly. or PO (Riverside or FQ) in October? My parents want to go with us next year and I was thinking about going in October, because after this past week March is just not worth it. We went in May last time and the crowds were fine but it was very hot so we went in March this time thinking that as long as the weather is cool the crowds would be manageable (also because it was DS's b-day)....wrong! At least at MK at night they weren't. Other than that and a few problems with US our trip was great. However, I'd love to go when it's a little less crowded and much cooler. So, anyone with good rates for this time of year? Oh yeah--we have AAA & DC and MAY be willing to buy one AP if the rate is really good. I haven't tried codes in the past and I know they won't be coming out over a year in advance, but if anyone has used one at this time maybe I can plan on the possibility of one being out next year.
