What are the best places to eat in the park for quick service on the dining plan?

Columbia Harbour House, IMHO is one of the best kept secrets in Magic Kingdom, It has a lot of tables upstairs and it goes all the way over the walk way from Fantasyland to Liberty Square, but people don't seem to realise how big it is.
We also like the menu, the variety is one of the best choices including Sandwiches, fish, chicken, salad and soups. DS likes it because he is not a big fan of fries, and the tuna sandwich is on the children's which makes him very happy.
We normally go in October which isn't the busiest time of year, but it is our favourite QS place to eat, chill and relax the last time at lunch there was us and 2 other families, while other places were mobbed.

Some of my favorites are:

CHH in MK (love the tuna sandwich and the hummus sandwich)

Flame Tree BBQ in AK (my favorite item here is the pork sandwich)

Tangierine in Epcot (I always get the schwarma platter, which is huge enough to share; the baklava for dessert is delish)

Sunshine Seasons in Epcot (I usually get the sweet and sour chicken, the sandwiches are good too; awesome dessert selections here)

Magic Kingdom -- we get the taco salad at Peco's Bill or Tortuga Tavern. You get the shell with meat and then you make you own salad at the fixing bar.

We also like the new waffle sandwiches at sleepy hollow. The one with fresh fruit and nutella was yummy.

Epcot -- We eat in the countries. This trip I really enjoyed the empanadas and nachos from mexico. China is ok. Tangeriene Cafe in Morocco is very good. Like the previous poster we enjoy the schwarma platter.

Holllywood Studios -- this place doesn't have much that we enjoy. We usually just go to starring rolls.

I have never really eaten in animal kingdom.

Magic Kingdom- I love Columbia Harbour House big fan of the shrimp or the hummus sandwich.

DHS- I enjoy the curry at ABC Commisiary but I'm excited to try the sushi at Starring Rolls next visit, they also have the cupcakes for their dessert option-yummy.

Epcot- so many awsome options. Two of my favorties are Sunshine Seasons the goat cheese and beet salad is my favortie. I agree with the other posters with the shwarma platter at Tangerine Cafe.

Animak Kingdom- Flame Tree BBQ is a must for us-the ribs are delicious. My dd loves the sweet and sour chicken at Yak and Yeti.

Last trip we found the wonderful huge sandwiches at the Kringla Bakery in Norway. It was a club sandwich, more of a paninii since it was hot. Very good and large enough that my hubby and I shared it along with a side salad and a treat from the bakery case. We were filled up and DH wanted to go back for the same thing the next day!. Seating is outside but covered

Also agree sunshine seasons at Epcot is a good place with lots of choices, get a FP for Soaring and enjoy a meal while you wait for your time to come up.

And while not in the parks Wolfgang Puck Express at DTD is a wonderful use of a QS credit, lots of good choices and again a large portion. We don't share cuz my DH wants pizza and I want their delish meatloaf or a pasta dish.

We liked Earl of Sandwich in DTD, and Yak and Yeti's QS was fantastic in AK.

MK: Columbia Harbor House
EP: Tangierine cafe
HS: Starring Rolls (for lunch)
AK: Flame Tree Barbecue

MK: Columbia Harbour House (Hummus Sandwich, Salmon with Cous Cous, Fried Shrimp Platter with French Fries, Apple Crisp Dessert); Cosmic Rays (hot, fresh burgers with good fixin's bar, Mango Sorbet dessert)

EPCOT: Tangierine Cafe (Schwarma Platter, Slider Sampler Platter, Baklava), La Boulangerie Patisserie (cheesy french-bread style pizza and delicious pastries avail for dessert). There are so many choices in Epcot. These are our favorites. Germany (Sommerfest) also has a great bratwurst on a roll with bavarian cheesecake or apple streudel for dessert. Go with the menu you prefer.

HS: CS gets a bad rap in this park, but we really enjoy Studio Catering Company for its really good Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with French Fries combo. There are other sandwiches here that look delicious that we haven't tried, like the grilled veggie one.

AK: Flame Tree BBQ. Delicious rib/chicken combo or just ribs, they are delicious, extra BBQ sauce is avail at the condiments bar. They also have an interesting key lime mousse, which isn't your standard dessert.

Our favorites outside of the parks are:
Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD (everything is good, espeically the 4-cheese pizza and the salads, Creme Brulee dessert)
Captain Cooks at the Polynesian for the Aloha Pork Sandwich, Asian Noodle Bowl, Hawaiian Flatbread, Adult Grilled Cheese and Dole Whip dessert.
Mara at AKL for the African Stew, soup, Chicken Flatbread, Zebra Domes for dessert (I don't care for them, but most seem to love them, and they are certainly a departure from the norm).

Disney honestly does CS dining better than any place I have ever been. We find an amazing variety and have a hard time narrowing it down!

MK: Cosmic Rays-- it's big, usually not hard to find a table. We LOVE the rotisserie chicken platter. It's perfect if you're doing QS for dinner as they really give you a hearty meal for one credit-- love having green beans & mashed potatoes as sides instead of fries.

DHS: I know most people aren't crazy about it, but we love the atmosphere of Pizza Planet. The pizza is standard Disney pizza, but it's always dependable & yummy.

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons is amazing for the different options. I love the Asian station-- the beef & noodles are great, as is the option for a veggie side. The new Mexican CS is also really great-- everything is really fresh-tasting, and the churros are a great dessert option!

Don't really care for anything in AK.

MK: I'll add my vote for CHH, it's our favourite CS place in MK. I love their tuna sandwich, and you can't go wrong with the chicken or fish selections either. I really want to try the grilled salmon served with steamed broccoli and couscous, but that tuna sandwich always calls to me, lol!

Epcot: Sooo many great choices here! In Future World, our hands-down favourite is Sunshine Seasons. I love the roasted beet and goat cheese salad, and the last time I was there I tried the Reuben Panini which was also delish! They have amazing desserts as well, we've had the chocolate cake, strawberry shortcake, key lime pie and all were amazing. They now have a Mickey Moon Pie which looks incredible and will be on my tray next visit! In World Showcase, our favourites include fish and chips from the UK, the shwarma platter from Morocco, tacos de carne or nachos from Mexico or one of the delicious sandwiches and wonderful desserts (Cloudberry Horn or School Bread :lovestruc) from Norway. I've also had and enjoyed the cheese plate from France, which is served with crusty french bread, along with a Napolean for dessert. Heaven! :cloud9:

DHS: Not many great choices for CS here, but we really enjoy Starring Rolls for lunch, their sandwiches are lovely and their desserts are mind-blowing! I've tried the butterfinger and marble cupcakes and both are OMG! good. Even if you don't have a meal here, try to stop in for a snack, you won't be sorry! Alternately, Min & Bill's Dockside Diner has some unique sandwich choices such as a frankfurter in a pretzel roll or italian sausage with onions and peppers. Their vanilla and chocolate shakes are yummy. All the seating here is outside, as is SR.

AK: Love the pork sandwich or ribs from Flame Tree BBQ. And on a hot day, you can't beat the fruit plate for a cool change of pace. Hubby will often order the chicken and rib combo and I'll get the fruit plate and we'll share. :goodvibes I don't really care for their desserts though, I find them very odd tasting, with an almost chemical-like aftertaste. Other people seem to enjoy them though, so it's probably just me. ;) I love the Yak & Yeti TS restaurant, but have yet to try the CS. It's on my to-do list though! ;)

DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express, pretty much anything on the menu. We've tried many different things (rotisserie chicken, salmon, pizzas, sandwiches, pasta) and have never been disappointed. The creme brulee, cheesecake or frozen yogurt are all lovely for dessert (if you have room, lol!) If you're in the mood for a sandwich, you can't go wrong at Earl of Sandwich. We've had the Original, Hawaiian BBQ, Earl's Club, Full Montagu, Cannonballs and Italian and all received two thumbs up. I have to admit that my least favourite was the Original however. It was good, but not great. I found it rather bland actually. The Italian however, was full of flavour. You're restricted on the desserts you can have on the DDP, you can't have any of the more expensive selections like the brownie bites and are limited to things like cookies, fruit cups, dessert pots, etc. At least that's how it was the last time we visited (2010), it may be different now. :) If you find yourself on the West Side at meal time, I can also recommend Cookes of Dublin (next to Raglan Road). Their fish and chips, shrimp and chips, chicken and mushroom and fisherman's pies are all yummy. For dessert, you can have a deep fried Snickers or Mars bar, or choose from a selection of cookies, cupcakes and fruit cups. Seating is outside with very little shade however, and if you're visiting during one of the hot and humid months, you'll be very uncomfortable. :(

Enjoy your vacation!
