What Are The Best Drinks?

Okay everyone, tomorrow (6/27) I am turning 21!!! Help me find the best drinks in the parks/hotels. What are your favorites??

At the Brown Derby, I'm partial to the grapefruit cake martini.
La Cava has great margaritas - I like heat so I go for the jalepeno or the Maelstrom.
Finally, the Tambu lounge makes Lapu Lapus and those are a tradition for us.

edited to add: Trader Sam's is just plain fun if a bit pricey.

Tipsy ducks in love at Joy of Tea in China pavilion
Magical star served just about anywhere.
Avacado margarita in Mexico pavilion.
Lots of places serve the drink with Rumchata and fireball they just call it different things.

Last time I ate there, the California Grill had the 2004 Harlan Cabernet on the Reserve Wine List. That would be the best beverage one could drink at WDW.

My favorite is the Lapu Lapu rum-based drink at the Polynesian. It's served in a pineapple which is probably why it's my favorite....fun!!

Oooo just thought of another: grapefruit beer in Germany section of Epcot. Schofferhofer I think it's called?? I'm not even a huge grapefruit fan but this beer is so refreshing.
