What are the best CS on the DDP?

I think Columbia Harbour House is the best CS in the Magic Kingdom. I think that Tangierine Café (EPCOT/WS Morocco) is the best CS in all of WDW!

Are there any counter service places to eat breakfast inside the parks? I assume you can have counter service breakfasts at the resorts but what about the parks? We will be in MK the last day and have early dinner reserv. for Hoop De Doo that afternoon. I think we should just have breakfast, snack and then dinner at Hoop Dee Doo. Any good CS breakfast options?

The only counter service resteraunt in the Magic Kingdom that serves breakfast is Main Street Bakery.
