From south NJ you're probably going to want to fly out of Atlantic City or Philly. AC has Spirit, which often ahs good fares. Philly has a variety of carriers, including the financiall strong Southwest and still struggling US Air.
"**Participating airlines include American, Continental, Delta, Song, United and Ted. Walt Disney World hopes to add other air carriers to the Resort Airline Check-In service in the near future."
You can still use Magical Express for arrival. The only thing you can't do if you are not on one of the above airlines is check your luggage at the resort for your return and get boarding passes. You would have to put your luggage on the bus and check it at the airport yourself.
