What exactly are Tappas??

Basically, they are appetizer sized portions. We have them all the time at Spoodles. Our favorite thing to do there is to make a meal by sharing four or five different tappas. YUM! Here is a copy of Spoodles "tappas" menu from www.wdwig.com
