What are SSR points from Disney going for now?

I've searched around but can't seem to come up with a current number. I'm pretty sure someone here can tell me what the current cost is per point at SSR when purchasing from Disney!

It is $98 with an $8 incentive making it $90

The incentive only kicks in if you buy a minimum of either 100 or 150 points, I forget which.

150 points minimum. I was told that you MUST buy at least 150 points (with or without the incentive)

$79 seems to be going rate with the points stripped

$80+ for current points available (Dependent on #Available and Banked)

Keep in mind, DVC will likely buy back at these prices if the seller is paying closing costs, and even more likely if they are paying closing costs and current uear MF.
