since my longest hold was over 7 1/2 hours recently I went grocery shopping, then went to my part time job, picked up the kids from school and came home, cooked and ate dinner and then got an agent on the line. And singing along the whole time- Let it go, let it go, chim chimney chim chim cheroo, what can I say you're welcome

Have you finally been able to get in touch with them? So frustrating. I’m surprised you haven’t received a response from your table request I was shocked when I got one back within an hour. I had been sitting on hold for 2 hours of what would of been an 8 hour hold time when I got the email response from them so I was able to hang up.

I forgot I was on hold the other day. I got so caught up in paperwork and had tunes out the noise that I missed an agent picking up All of a sudden I heard the survey questions and knew it was too late, I’d have to call again. This was for help with my Disney experience and I was on hold for 2 hours trying to get all the people traveling with me connected.

Maybe I'll book a flight transatlantic- have my husband call and see if when I land if he's still on hold... if he is, post it on all their social media channels and spread the word on how DCL customer sucks.

I called in the middle of my workday and left my phone out with the volume turned all the way down (since I knew they wouldn't answer within the first few hours, there was no point listening then), then after work turned the volume up & ran errands around town.

Got home & relaxed on the computer, played with my dogs, then finally heard an agent on the line. It was a bit funny as she'd heard me playing goofily with my dogs for a minute before I'd noticed her and we had a brief chat about that. Glad she didn't just hang up. I told her, "After 5 hours on hold, you need some kind of diversion."
