But the Cali Grill gets my other vote. I proposed to my partner there straight after the fireworks.

Oh my God! I can not think of a better place to be proposed to! How romantic! Good job!

It was soo cool! The staff at the Grill were in on it (and didn't bat an eyelid when I told them I was proposing to a same sex partner, most cool) and brought us a "desert" under a metal tray as we returned to our seats after the fireworks.

They lifted up the tray and underneath was the ring I'd bought and the words "Marry Me?" written in chocolate syrup.

Most memorable night of my life (till the wedding, also planned for WDW, which is the reason it;s not happened yet, got a lot of saving to do!).

get one of the rooms from DVC - a one bedroom - it comes with a whirlpool bathtub. A bottle of wine, a little music and a wonderful night is always a good thing!
