What are sold out MNSSHP nights like?

We will be at MNSSHP on Halloween night~ we're really excited about this, but want to have good expectations for what it will be like. What have your sold out party experiences been? Our focus will be on rides, 2nd parade, hallowishes and a bit of the candy trails, no characters. Any advice? Thanks!

After reading (literally) years of reports, I can say that you will find some posters who say that the crowd-levels are not bad at all...
and some who claim its over-full, with Disney overselling the place.

Depends on your expectations and perceptions, I guess.

Not being interested in characters or the first parade... your chances of coming away on the "not bad" side are very good.

It will feel crowded around Main Street and the Hub, especially for the parades & fireworks. Other areas will seem less crowded and ride lines will still be very short to non-existent (possible exception is 7DMT as it is still relatively new). If you avoid the first parade you will find much more breathing room at the second. Even a sold-out party is generally less crowded than a very busy regular night.

I would compare it to what some crowd meters call a 4. Many families are distracted with the special happenings like trick or treating or the mass character meet and greet if your going for the atmosphere and rides. If there was really bad weather the party or 2 before, it could be higher with giving out more passes to attend. A lot of families also try the rope drop elsewhere until party and duck out earlier than close.

TBH, I've never seen a not sold out party and usually the day of the party it sells out by the time it starts.
