What are renters allowed to do/not do?

We are either staying at SSR or OKW and I'm wondering since we are renting points and not actual members, what we will NOT be allowed to do/use at these resorts. And how do I find out a list of fees for things like golfing, spa services, etc.... at them. TIA

ETA: I already found out we can pay for the DDP at check in

You can do anything any other Disney resort guest can do - ride the buses, charge to your room, swim at your resort pool, etc. What you cannot do is take advantage of any of the DVC member perks since they are only for members OR guests staying with the member in the same villa. So, if you play golf, you'll pay the same rate as any other non-member WDW guest. If you go to the spa, you'll pay the posted rate.

While you can pay for DDP at check-in, make sure the person you are renting from adds to to your reservation ahead of time. Just to clarify, you can't add it at check-in.

For a DVC renter, they can't add it at all. MS will no longer take phone calls from anyone other than the member. The member can add it on their behalf.

Yes, the same thing is true of Magical Express. The member will have to call Member Services with your flight information and set up Magical Express for you.
