What are personalized menus at Coral Reef?

call the number for the coral reef in Disney and ask to speak to whoever handles the personalized menus

you e mail pictures and a short personal message and they print it in a coral reef menu specifically to be given to the recipient upon being seated at their reservation at coral reef.....it's free

If I am not mistaken, I think they do this at most of the sit down restaurants. YOu just have to call that resturant & ask about it!

Whoa! I haven't heard of this yet (the things you learn from The DIS ) Do you know/heard of which other restaurants that do this? Same style - pics and a message on the menus?

Sounds cool! I've never heard of this before. My niece and her new husband will be honeymooning at WDW in early January. I'd love to surprise her at one of her ADRs with this personalized menu if I can casually find out a specific time and place.

Depending on the restuarant & thier style of menu, they can make it personalized.... (ie: First timers, birthday, anniversarys)

If you do a search for coral reef personalized menu, a bunch of threads come up and most of them have some pictures in them.They're quite cute, and you can put whatever message you want inside.

i've only known it to be done at coral reef but i've heard one other restaurant does it but don't remember which.

You can also have a diver in the tank holding a sign. I'm doing it for my sons
8th birthday in august. I already sent debbi my photos for the menu.

I called earlier this week and set up the diver and got the e-mail address for the personalized menus but I thought I saw on a different post that another person had done that and when they arrived at the restaurant their was no menus or signs. I am so excited to suprise my family and wondered how often things get missed or lost...... Please reassure me it will work

I would make a call before you leave and confirm again. I have read that some people would get the diver sign and then no menu's. After I sent debbi everything she did send me a email to confirm everything but i will call before we leave to make sure. If it all works out it will be a big suprise for my son.
