Close to zero. Do a cash only reservation as a back up

No. DVCRequest is a rental broker. AFAIK, DVC Request & the other rental brokers don't do waitlists.

OP, I think your chances are virtually zero due to availability. If/When your 8 nights become available, DVCRequest would have to know it immediately and then get an owner with points to quickly make the reservation. BCV is very popular, so chances are that couldn't happen quickly enough even if DVC Request was the first to notice the nights in inventory.

During F&W, it's tough to get 8 consecutive studio nights even at 8 AM on the day the 7 month window first opens. (You really have to book 10-11 months in advance to be sure of getting that). It's a good bet that at least some of the nights you want already have waitlists and also members "stalking" the waitlist in hopes of catching a cancellation before the nights are matched to a particular waitlist.

Sorry to be so gloomy, but perhaps you can find something at one of the non-EPCOT DVC resorts that will work for you. SSR, AKV & OKW will be the most likely to still have availability. You may need to consider a 1 bedroom villa. Those fill more slowly. Good luck!
