What are my chances?

I booked 2 king rooms(aph rate)at Royal Pacific coming in Thursday(25).Family of 6.Was told king rooms do not connect.Asked for a king room and a connecting 2queen room.Was told all queens was sold out but to ask at check in.I also noticed Travalocity has queen rooms but no aph rate.Do you think it's possible to get the king-queen connecting since I know they have them.

Give the hotel a call directly tonight and tomorrow. I don't think they have a waiting list but they may watch out for you.
