what are my chances?

I am joining DVC next week. I will have 160 developer points that can only be used at SSR. What do you think my chances are to get a 2 bedroom for 4 nights starting Sept 27?

I think that Dean just made a reservation for late Sept/early Oct and found only SSR had any rooms left for that time period. Food and Wine Festival starts in Sept and you may be hitting the start of that, resulting in no rooms available.

Are you sure you can only use them at SSR? We were able to use ours anywhere as long as we waited until the 7 month mark.

You never know. I would asked before you sign the docs. I have heard sometimes rooms will appear if you say " I will buy if I can get a room for these dates" They will check for you. Obviously it wouldn't work for all times of the year but I think for Sept if just might work.

I inquired (didn't reserve) about a studio for 26 Sept through 1 Oct and only SSR was available, didn't reserve it. I didn't ask about anything else.

The new incentive for AK2 points gives one an equal number of SSR points to be used as developer's points at SSR or Interval International.
