What are my chances with the waitlist?

My little sister could not verify vacation days until after Jan. 3rd. so we couldn't shore up our plans until yesterday. I could get her 1st night in a studio at OKW, but couldn't get the second night. What do you think my chances are of the wiatlist coming through? I am hopeful, but concerned. Any experiences? Ooops, her dates are Feb. 22nd and 23rd, the 22nd was available, so I booked it and asked that they waitlist me for the other.

Something should open up. Try waitlisting any WDW resort for those two days, or even just that second day, and you're sure to come up with something.
Those dates are looking like Tues and Weds of school vacation for those of us in the Northeast, but I was able to secure a BWV studio for some friends for those datesa month or so back, then when BCV came thru on waitlist I switched them there. You've got a month and a half to go, so give it a shot.

Also remember that all waitlists are cleared out at the 30 day mark, so be sure to reestablish you waitlist then if you haven't yet gotten anything. The same thing happens at 7 days, so be aware.

After they clear out the old waitlists, you can jump to first on the list by callin in early. Good luck!

I took DH out for his Birthday dinner tonight and when we arrived home there was a message on the machiene from Member services--the waitlist has come through already! I'm still in shock, of course I'll have to call MS tomorrow morning first thing! :jumping4: :jumping4:
