What are my chances of making it through ROFR?

I would say to go check out the thread about currents ROFR's "Who has/Hasn't made it through" - the have a list kept current there - it'll give you an idea. I'd say in my complete uneducated opinion (just from looking at that thread) that you're on the edge - but certainly have a good chance. Good luck!

I would sugget you are right in the ballpark but only Disney really knows.

Buyer to pay closing costs and transfer fee. Seller to pay maintenance fees. Contract to come with 616 banked points.

If you take a look at Beca's thread, I think you have a good chance.

You gotta love those banked points!!! I hope Disney doesn't love them as much as you do!!!

I think it will pass. I bought a 250 point contract with 500 banked points last year. It passed at $72

Pixie Dust, I think you'll be OK! We went to ROFR 3 different times, and came away with the points twice.

No offense, but I think Disney will snap this up in a heartbeat since the contract is so large and has some banked points (can't be 616, though). The closing costs divided over the 520 points will be a pittance and with the maintenance fees paid, I think they will grab it as long as it is a use year for which they have some demand.
