I noticed today that both my camera and a toy (dora cash register) required AA LR6 batteries. What is LR6? The generic Walgreens ones I have say AA alkaline but they don't say LR6. I actually have the generic ones in my camera and it's working, but I don't want to mess anything up. Thanks!

I am a store manager at radioshack and just cross referenced LR6 and it came up as standard AA alkaline batteries
