What are dues based on, points or $$ pd

We are closing on a private sale very soon - this afternoon

I have a question on the dues.

Are they based on the $$ you paid for the points or are they based on the number of points you bought?

Your dues is based on the number of points that you own.

AND the resort. Dues vary by resort. The 2005 dues ranged from $3.83 per point at SSR to $4.87 per point at Vero.

Old Key West $3.86
Hilton Head Island $4.03
Beach Club Villas $4.26
Wilderness Lodge $4.35

Boardwalk Villas $4.41
