Hi, we love the little surprises when we visit WDW. Let's list all the "little extras" we fine at Disney that make it MORE fun! The little things that are less known!

I'll start:

(1) At Tony's, ask the server to bring your child's autograph book in the kitchen, Tony, Joe and Lady and The Tramp sign it! (it's a stamp) Special moment, all the the families around us thought it was a special thing when in fact anyone can request this!

(2) There is a little path from the Toontown RR station to Tomorrowland. It's a little noisy around the race cars, but NO ONE walks on this path. Nice quiet time in Disney magic.

(3) Walk around the castle as close as you can get, there are lots of pretty benches in quiet areas. Just you and your family and Disney music.

(4) We went in April 2001 when the parks closed at 8pm. We often dropped in around 7pm just to walk around (hopper passes where to expire, 4 trip to MK in one week ~ not to mention all the other parks!). The park was MT!

(5) Look at the trees in front of Cinderella's Castle at dusk, they light up with pixie dust!

(6) Dine at Pinochinnos about 30 minutes before it closes. In April, we were the only people int he restaurant. We ate and enjoyed the view of It's a Small World.

(7) Go to BONEYARD right after Donald's Breakfastosaurus ~ it's MT! So is DINOSAUR ride!

Hi Sandra. A few of the things I can think of are:

- look out for the talking garbage can in Tomorrowland in MK - you should have seen the expression on my children's faces when the can started holding a conversation with them

- ask if it's possible to ride in the front of the monorail

- look for the lights in the pavement at EPCOT after dark

- look for hidden Mickeys

- get your hand stamped each and every time you leave a park, even the last time, because that's the promise to your family that you'll all come back one day.

COOL! Where is the talking garbage can! Emily would love that! We love the side walk at Epcot too!

Little surprises
* Epcot/Germany, the little climbing kids area and the butterfly tent
* Epcot/Norway, the big ship the kids can run around on
* Epcot/Garden Grill restaurant is a revolving restaurant, I knew that but I didn't let dd and dh in on it so they were surprised.

*The CM's give out FREE Disney stickers all over the parks!
