I think your refering the the large medals that hang from the bottom of lanyards, haven't seen any trading of these but I guess you could.

They are called Trading Medals. It looks like they have all sorts of them.

Sort of? I'm sure there'll eventually be trades since there's different ones released in different parks and LEs They're supposed to go on the bottom of your lanyard to weigh it down a bit as full lanyards tend to twist if they're unbalanced
