What are considered "good" discounts

I've been reading through the recent posts and everyone is salivating over the potential 40% room-only discounts. So clearly, that is a GREAT deal. I know that AAA discounts generally run 15%-20%. Assuming you've got some flexibility in your travel dates, what is generally considered to be a good discount that people have been able to get through codes/pins?
