I see people talking about Cinnamon Yummies from the Boardwalk Bakery. Can someone explain what they are? Are they soft like cinnamon rolls/bread or are they crunchy like cookies/pastry twists? Are they fried or baked? Are they very sweet or not too sweet? I can't find any pics/explanations. :cloud9: Thanks!!

The recipe for Cinnamon Yummies is posted on another Disney website. I've never purchased one at Disney World, but did make the recipe over the weekend. They are basically large cinnamon rolls. Sweet dough, baked not fried, with a cinnamon "smear" on top. The "smear" consists of cinnamon, butter, sugar, flour & light corn syrup. The cinnamon rolls are good, but not "wow, you've got to try this".

I'm not sure you can get a cinnamon yummy anymore after the bakery went under new management. The place has gone from an everyday stop for us to an avoid now.
